When you perform a skip trace, we will provide contact information for any contact we can. However, if the homeowner is on the DNC list, we will flag that for you in your results.

This is because we believe in allowing our customers to make decisions that best fit their risk tolerance and business needs. By flagging the homeowners on the DNC list, we are providing the information you request while leaving your next steps with that information up to you.
