You can target homeowners by searching a specific city, address, county, zip code (search up to five zip codes), APN, or you can use geo-location.
Pro Tip: Use the Draw Tool to find an even more specific region, like a neighborhood, group of homes, or side of the street!
Step 3: Build Your Marketing Lists
Rather than keeping all your leads in one place, you can organize them into specific categories.

When you run comps, you’re comparing the historical data of one property to a similar property to determine the value.
Tip: When we say “similar,” we’re referring to properties with similar dimensions, renovations, year built, in the same neighborhood, etc.
Step 5: Reach Out to Leads
Once you’ve formed a few solid lead lists and ran comps, you can start getting ready to make your pitch!
