Users can start a marketing campaign to set up a free landing page, send emails, or mail postcards.
To learn more about how to create a marketing campaign in PropStream, check out this video:
Launching a marketing campaign as a real estate professional means creating and executing a strategic plan to promote and advertise your properties or real estate services to potential customers. The goal of a marketing campaign is to increase awareness of your real estate offerings, generate leads, and ultimately, convert those leads into sales or new clients.
With PropStream, you can perform email and direct mail marketing from the same platform where you generate your leads and get their contact information.
To create a new marketing campaign, select “Campaigns” from your navigation bar. Next, you’ll want to click "New Campaign.” Now you can name the campaign and select a marketing list to add your recipients. You can also select multiple marketing lists by clicking "Add Group.” Once you’ve selected the right lists , click “Save” to start your campaign.
A pop-up will appear with the following options…
Setup Website: each marketing campaign you create in PropStream gets 1 free landing page that you can customize
Add an Activity: this includes email and postcard marketing
Campaign Dashboard: this is the interface where you can review details about your campaign and initiate marketing activities
Choose one and that’s how you start a marketing campaign using PropStream!
Here’s a pro tip: your campaign dashboard changes depending on your activity. Once you’ve saved an email or postcard campaign, you’ll find those orders appear in your dashboard. If that’s the case, you’ll find your email and postcard buttons in the top right corner by selecting “New Activity.”
