Do you want to receive email updates when new properties become available in a specific market? To save a search and receive email notifications from PropStream, you’ll first want to search a market before applying your criteria to the filter menu. Once your filters are applied, click on the Save Search button located at the top right of the search page. You’ll be able to choose the frequency of those updates and click Save. When a real estate lead that matches your filters becomes available in your target market, you’ll receive an email notification from PropStream.

To save a search and receive email notifications from PropStream about new properties in a specific market, you'll first want to search a market and apply your criteria into the filter menu. Once your filter has been applied, select "Close" and click on the “Save Search” button located at the top right of the search page.
From here, you'll want to name your saved search and apply any details about the specific search you are performing. Next, you'll have the option to replace any of the canned searches above the map. To do so, check off the option to include on the home screen and replace, followed by the canned search you want to replace.
Lastly, you'll be given the option to choose the frequency of your notifications. This will allow you to be notified about any new records that match your saved search. Once you've made your selection, select “Save.” If you checked the option to replace a canned search, now your new saved search will appear in a box above your map. Each saved search can also be found in the all searches folder.
